Any trusted 3rd party review/tracking sites for handicappers?

Every seemingly solid handicapper I come across, I later find conflicting views from posters saying they are a scam, results aren't accurate, etc.

Most cappers don't even list their entire betting history, ROI, etc. - at least not in a format that is easy to verify and analyze.

Are there any trusted 3rd party sites or reviewers who track all the cappers' picks, and/or review them more qualitatively? From what I've read, a lot of the monitoring services take money from the cappers to feature or promote them.

Boyd's bets tracks all their cappers going back years, looks to be legit to me.

Tracking/moniting sites are all scam. They are usually owned by some services that pimp their own services as the top services. And there are other scam monitoring sites that will give the top spots to the highest bidders.
